The build
Ten milestones from M01 · Foundations through M10 · Hardening & UAT. M01 is the leverage milestone — every other milestone depends on its cost guardrails, KMS keys, and CI/CD landing cleanly. M07 is the integration point and the signature demo: fire panel → AI correlation → operator-visible evidence in < 30 seconds.
